Privacy Encoder is the management system that supports and supports the Companies in the adaptation and maintenance of the privacy structure and in the demonstration of the broader principle of “Accountability” to the principles and obligations regarding GDPR.

Privacy Encoder is a web application in the Cloud that can be totally modulated according to the needs of the customer and constantly updated to ensure updated services with respect to the evolution of privacy legislation.

The portal is also available in a multilingual version to facilitate the application (Italian, English, French, German and Spanish).

There are three different types of license:

• Single Company License, designed to create and monitor the privacy structure of the Company;
• Corporate Group License, designed to promote a correct and homogeneous management of the privacy structure of the Companies belonging to the group;
• License Consultant, designed to encourage the activity of consulting on privacy issues to a certain group of companies.

Privacy Encoder has structured different types of users related to the different permissions that each user must have:

• User Admin, allows the creation of operators to associate to the Companies and/ or the different modules activated;
• User DPO / DPO Gruppo Societario, has access to the Company / Group Companies with read and write permissions;
• User Operator, can operate in read and write within the modules assigned by the user admin within the/ and Company.

Privacy Encoder is registered in CSA STAR SECURITY TRUST ASSURRANCE & RISK ensuring periodic audits on maintaining high security standards. It is also ISO/IEC 27001 certified and accredited to ACN Cloud Marketplace.

Thanks to our approach of interoperability between systems, Privacy Encoder is designed to ensure the portability of data both incoming and outgoing in order to give continuity in the operations of its customers.
